ARTBREAK

is lonely

is about participation

is about power

is about non traditional traditional

is about never being too old

is about never being too young

is about it's never over, you are never over

yes a reclaiming! but also a finding in the thrift store of others well worn transcendences

ARTBREAK is about remembering, and naming discovery

is about breaking our own rules

is about luring out who we were before we were imprinted

is more than one brain

more than one heart

more than one body needed

ARTBREAK is soft but not a hallmark card

is about witnessing

is about rain barrels collecting for each other

is about the possibility that a heartbreak opens spaces previously inaccessible but more tender and true and so therefore often controversial provocative counter cultural and possibly threatening to the status quo

ARTBREAK is a dance artist and a theater artist playing with roles

we are so much more than who we were told we were
